                              RESOLUTION NO. 21682
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                 CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                 TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF A
                 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE
                 ROUTE 27 (ROSSVILLE BOULEVARD) AT FORTY-SECOND
                 (42nd) STREET.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to installation of a traffic signal at 
the
       intersection of State Route 27 (Rossville Boulevard) at 42nd
       Street.
